- This is not a Guardian monster, since its Japanese name 「Ｅ・ＨＥＲＯ クレイ・ガードマン」 or "Elemental Hero Clay Guardman" does not contain "Guardian" 「ガーディアン」.
- "Elemental Hero Clay Guardian" has the highest DEF out of any level 4 monster.
- "Elemental Hero Clay Guardian" is the only Elemental Hero that hasn't been released as a real card.
