- This card retcons the English flavor text of "Elemental HERO Burstinatrix", which claims that "Burstinatrix" is the only female "Elemental HERO". It could be taken to mean that "Burstinatrix" was the only female at the time, and HEROs like "Lady Heat" joined later.
- "Elemental HERO Lady Heat" has a male counterpart, "Elemental HERO Heat".
- "Elemental HERO Lady Heat" is the only non-fusion female "Elemental HERO" to not have any art alteration for the TCG release. "Elemental HERO Burstinatrix" and "Elemental HERO Poison Rose" were censored due to their outfits and body types while "Elemental HERO Shadow Mist" was zoomed out and drawn in a slightly different pose.
- Its outfit and hairstyle bear a slight resemblance to Dark Magician Girl. Its male counterpart also has a similar effect.
- this could be considered a possible Elemental Hero counterpart to Dark Magician Girl.
- Similar to Robolady and Roboyarou, this card can fuse with its male counterpart to make two different monsters: Elemental HERO Inferno and Elemental HERO Nova Master.
