"Elemental HERO Neo Bubbleman":
  • The method of summoning this card (by using a card that normally summons Fusion Monsters) and the monster summoned being a powered up version of the monster tributed is very similar to using "NEX" to summon improved versions of "Neo-Spacian" from the Extra Deck.
    • On the other hand, the method required to summon "Neo Bubbleman" needs mor than "NEX". While in the case of NEX monsters you are required to have 2 cards in your field/hand (the monster and the "NEX" card), in this case you are required to have 3 cards in your field/hand (the monster, "Metarphosis" and this card). It's worth noting that in the anime this card was a fusion monster, so it required only 2 cards for summon, like "NEX" monsters.
