- This card is similar to "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" for the fact that it has "Shining" in its card name and it gains 300 ATK for every monster of its card type in the Graveyard.
- This card was the Cover Card for Enemy of Justice, Duelist Pack 5: Aster Phoenix, and Dark Revelation Volume 4.
- This card's counterpart is "Elemental HERO Shining Flare Wingman".
- This card and "Elemental HERO Shining Flare Wingman" are similar in that they both need "Elemental HERO Sparkman" to fuse with their lesser form, in order to summon them.
- This card appears to be in a spotlight.
- By equipping this monster with two copies of "Junk Barrage", you can essentially give this card the ability of "Flame Wingman".
