- This card's name is based on the Leviathan, a mythological creature of the sea.
- "Gishki Avance" could have been used to Ritual Summon this card since they both have the same sword and similar appearance.
- It can be said that, when "Gishki Avance" was retiring from the Gishki he was then betrayed and used as a ritual for "Evigishki Levianima" then his sister or pairing, "Gishki Natalia", took his sword and tried to kill Levianima or the Gishki but then she was murdered by them and that's why she's a Spirit Monster.
- The antlers and facial features indicate that "Gishki Beast" could have been the other monster used in the Ritual Summon.
- If you look closely, you will notice that the "Gishki's Duplicate Soul Mirror" is in this card's background and on the chest of this monster.
