- This card's name is based on the Leviathan, a mythological creature of the sea.
- "Gishki Avance" could have been used to the Ritual Summon of this card, since they both have the same sword and similar appaerance.
- It can be said that, when "Gishki Avance" was retiring herself from the Gishki she was then, betrayed and used as a ritual for "Evigishki Levianima"... then, her sister or relative, "Gishki Natalia", took over his sword and tried to kill Levianima or the Gishki but then she was murdered by them and that's why she's a Spirit Monster.
- The antlers and facial features indicate that "Gishki Beast" could have been the other monster used in the Ritual Summon of this Monster.
- If you look closely, you will notice that the "Gishki's Duplicate Soul Mirror" is in this card's background and on the chest of this monster.
