- This card is based on the Ame-Shikō combination in "Koi-Koi", a game played with Hanafuda cards. This combo is formed by combining the Rain Man card (represented by "Flower Cardian Willow with Calligrapher") with three other "bright" cards, worth 20 points.
- This is the first Synchro Monster in the TCG/OCG that requires exactly 3 non-Tuner monsters to Synchro Summon.
- In duels with no time limitation, there may be some cases that the duel never ends. For instance, both players have Lightshower which still has their effected active, LP of each are 1500 or less and no one can destroy the other's Ameshikou with their current resources. Both of them will always use the "Draw Phase skipping" effect because they don't want to lose.
