* The 'Levia' part of this monster's name may be a derivation of Leviathan, a sea serpent in Hebrew mythology monster described in the Biblical Book of Job. Modern Some modern scholars believe the Leviathan was in fact a crocodile.
** Also, Leviathan in Hebrew means whale.
* This card has an evolved form, "Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus". The head in the picture of this card seems like it is composed of 2 separate heads combined together. The evolution to "Neo-Daedalus" may have occured when these 2 heads completely fell apart and broke up into 2 separate heads.
** The head of "Daedalus" is similar to the head of "Slifer the Sky Dragon", except that "Slifer" having 2 pieces of mouth & 1 pair of eyes while "Daedalus" have 1 piece of mouth & 2 pairs of eyes.
***The head also resembles that of "Rainbow Dragon", having four eyes and a large plate on top. They also share the small fin/wing behind their eyes.
