- "Psycho Sword" is mentioned as "Dark Assailant's" sword in his text. This card is unlikely to be the same sword and cannot be equipped to "Dark Assailant". Also because this is not called the "Psycho Sword", it's called the "Psychic Sword" However, the OCG name is indeed Psycho Sword.
- This card's effect is somewhat similar to Megamorph because they both increase the monster's attack when your Life Points are lower.
- This card was first shown being used as an actual weapon by Divine, rather than an Equip Spell in a Duel.
