- This card can be searched by "Trap Trick", "Trap Track", "Lady Labrynth of the Silver Castle", "Lilith, Lady of Lament", "Triple Tactics Thrust", "Angel of Blue Tears", "Farewelcome Labrynth", "Labrynth Set-Up", and other generic searchers.
- Use "Black-Winged Dragon", "Hanewata", "Pikeru's Circle of Enchantment", "Des Wombat" etc... so you don't lose Life Points.
- Use "Rainbow Life" so you gain Life Points, while your opponent loses them.
- Use "Barrel Behind the Door" so your share of damage is given to your opponent instead.
- This is a great Side Deck card against Stall Decks, as it helps you deal with cards like "Gravity Bind", "Messenger of Peace", etc.
- It is also a great Side Deck cards against any Continuous Spell/Trap Cards that can severely weaken many decks. Especially useful against "Macro Cosmos" and "Necrovalley" (for Graveyard-based decks), "Light-Imprisoning Mirror (LIGHT-based decks), "Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror" (DARK-based decks), "Poisonous Winds" (WIND-based decks), "Skill Drain" (Effect Monster-based decks), Field Spell Cards and also "Rivalry of Warlords" and "Gozen Match".
- this can be used to cut down Spellbook decks as it can take out the continuous ones.
- This card can be very useful against "Fire Fist" because they use a lot of Continuous Spell and Trap cards.
- It's also effective against "Crystal Beast" when their monsters are placed on the backrow as Continuous Spell cards.
- Use this card in a "Chain Strike" Deck, specifically towards the end of a Chain. The S/Ts you have in the Chain prior to this card's activation count as "face-up" and thus help this card inflict more damage, and they can still resolve normally after being destroyed by this card's effect.
- Use this card to destroy S/Ts that are commonly seen face-up and would benefit off being destroyed. Such cards include "Black Pendant", "Ancient Gear Tank", or "7".
- If your opponent would destroy this card with a Spell or Trap card, you can chain to their card, thus destroying it and still inflict some damage.
