- The name says it has three legs but the picture only shows two; this is because it is referring to a 3-legged race, as the Japanese original name does (２人３脚 is, literally: "two people three legs" and means 3-legged race).
- This card might be a reference to Laurel and Hardy.
- This card has a retrained version, "Uni-Zombie".
- According to the DDM videogame, this monster attacks by having the thin zombie punch the fatter zombie, making him puke.
