- In episode 123, Mr. Heartland uses this card during his Duel against Yuma Tsukumo (the latter taking over for Kite Tenjo). After "Number 39: Utopia" (whose ATK was 4000 via "Stop Hammer" and "Double or Nothing!") attacks and destroys "Number 1: Infection Buzz King", Mr. Heartland activates this card to Special Summon five "Infection Bug Tokens". One token later attacks "Utopia". The latter monster then destroys the token, but due to the token's effect, Mr. Heartland takes no battle damage. The final effect of this card then destroys "Utopia" and inflicts 300 damage to Yuma. The second token attacks directly, but Yuma activates the second effect of "Rainbow Kuriboh" to revive it. A replay occurs and Mr. Heartland uses the token to attack and destroy "Rainbow Kuriboh". The remaining three tokens attack directly. Later "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" attacks a token and Yuma activates the first effect of "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" to banish both battling monsters. Yuma then activates the effect of "ZS - Vanish Sage" to Special Summon "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" and banish all other monsters on the field with less ATK than "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon". This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
