A discarded card '''Discarding''' (Japanese: {{Ruby|捨|す}}てる ''Suteru'') is normally sent to a form of removing cards from the Graveyard; however, cards like "[[Macro Cosmos]hand]" will cause any discarded card to be [[banish]]ed instead of going to the Graveyard (although the card is still discarded).
