In the Anime I have seen cyber jar in action, Cyber jar was destroy by battle( in the anime) when it's effect activated, in the anime I seen cyber jar open is face and sucks all monsters card inside him, and then self combust before the picking of the 5 cards.
In the video game that I play that is automatic, when cyber jar activated it's effect while being destroy by battle he his destroyed before the other monsters.
