I ran into a ruling problem the other day during a tournament at my locals. Essentially what happened was that my opponent had Mistake on the field so I couldn't add any cards to my hand and I wanted to activate Dark Magical Circle. My question is that if I activate Dark Magical Circle do I still get to look at the top 3 cards of my deck and rearrange them (without adding anything to my hand even if it's a Dark Magician card) or can I only activate it and do nothing else?
