if you foolish burial a sacred phoenix does it get summoned by the effect in standby? because foolish is send a monster but in phoenix say destroyed... are sending from deck to graveyard same as destroying?
Cards cannot be destroyed from the deck (can only be discarded or sent). Cards can only be destroyed while on the field. So "Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys" can only be special summoned from the graveyard (through it's effect) when it is first destroyed from the field by a card effect.
