Hello,
So, ok I'm aware that you can't special summon while Jowgen is face-up, but... Can I activate Dimension Magic to tribute Jowgen to Special Summon Dark Magician, as Jowgen is no longer on the field when I summon DM? Or because it is a card that special summon, I can't activate it at all?
