For question 1: I would assume so, since "Rainbow Life" only affects 1 player - the player who activated it.

For question 2: Yes, you can activate "Appropriate", but only after your opponent draws by the effect of "One Day of Peace". And according to rulings, you won't draw 2 cards because of that; you'll have to wait until your opponent draws a card(s) outside their Draw Phase again in order to draw 2 cards. --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 01:34, June 12, 2013 (UTC)

Are you sure because mystical refpanel effect reads: when a spell card is activated that targets 1 player, the effect of that spell card is swith to the other player: According to the rules targets happen during activation not during resolution. So with cup of as as soon as you start resolving you toss a coin, if head you draw 2 cards, if tail your opponent draw 2 cards.96.44.92.186 (talk) 19:48, June 17, 2013 (UTC)
