"If 2 out of 3 results are Heads..."

• Does that mean if all three are heads, the effect does nothing, or am I wrong? I remember using this effect in a Game Boy game, and when I got three heads, his effect still fired...

If 2 out of 3 results are Heads condition is met when:

• 2 results heads / 1 result tail.
• 3 results heads (same as: 2 results head / 1 result head)
