- Is Tualatin's 3rd effect (not able to summon monsters of a certain type) permanent, or only while Tualatin is on the field?
- I think it permanent since it dosent specify if he has to be on the field for the efect to be active I think it's efect is permanent
tualatin is the best card ever created! and the most useful against the world champion deck the blackwing
