McDonald's Promotional Cards 2 are a series of cards included in McDonald's Mighty Kids/Happy Meals. This set was only officially distributed in North America and Australia; the French print was distributed in certain parts of Quebec and Ontario in Canada.

In the United States, this promotion ran from December 22, 2006 to January 18, 2007, alongside a Littlest Pet Shop promotion. Each Happy Meal and Mighty Kids Meal came with one of a Jaden Yuki, Zane Truesdale, or Aster Phoenix wrist-mounted card shooter; a "Winged Kuriboh LV10", "Cyber End Dragon", or "Destiny HERO - Doom Lord" Monster Card activator; a Yami Yugi "magic trick toy" with a hidden drawer for trading cards; or an "Elemental HERO Shining Flare Wingman" trading card dispenser that could hold up to 40 cards and would dispense them one at a time. Each toy included a pack of three cards.

In Australia, this promotion ran starting from April 27, 2007, alongside a Hello Kitty promotion. Each Happy Meal came with one of a Jaden Yuki or Zane Truesdale card shooter, an "Elemental HERO Shining Flare Wingman" epix dispenser, or a "Cyber End Dragon" Monster Card activator; each toy included a pack of three cards.

Prerelease leak
Due to a production error at a Upper Deck Entertainment card printing factory, the Commons from this series were accidentally included in a batch of Elemental Energy Booster Packs.

As a result, Upper Deck Entertainment clarified the tournament legality of promotional cards, stating that cards that were accidentally released are not legal until the official start of their promotion.citation needed
