Card Lists
Here's a test of some card list templates for users to use to show what and how many cards they have.
TODO:
- Improve formatting
- TOTAL column bg should be a different color
- totals should be bold
- Add set total row (will probably be a nightmare to try)
- Implement hidden rows when no cards are owned
- test thoroughly (i.e. make template for several sets, use own collection for a basis)
- move templates out of sandbox when done testing
- make template for every english set (and eventually every foreign region set)
