Here's a test of some card list templates for users to use to show what and how many cards they have.

Improve formatting
- TOTAL column bg should be a different color
- totals should be bold
Add set total row (will probably be a nightmare to try)
Implement hidden rows and columns...
- when no copies of a card are owned
- for more specific collection nuances (e.g. Magic vs. Spell)
test thoroughly (i.e. make template for several sets, use own collection for a basis)
move templates out of sandbox when done testing
make template for every english set (and eventually every foreign region set)
