:D/D has been pronounced as "Double D" by many tournament officials in live streams. Just like some people say "XX Saber" instead of "Double X Saber" or "U.A." Instead of "United Athletes". It's not any different, and plus, the dubbed anime is the best source for seeing how to pronounce card names. People always misspronounce Xiangke and Xiangsheng Magician's names as "Zanky" and Zansheng". And as for the people you met saying "DD", they haven't seen the dub.

Please do not redirect the correct card name to the unofficial name, like you did with "Number 70: Malevolent Sin" redirecting to "Number 70: Deadly Sin". This just made me unable to track it needed to be moved. Just tag the article with {{t|Rename}} and wait for someone to move it.
