I don't think so. It's true that there was a temporary break with the wannabe Rex Godwin observing the Fusion Summon. However, after the break, Selena activated a Normal Spell Card: "[[Moonlight Perfume]]". From that point on, the screen only focused on her and/or her monsters, with no possibility for a break. Activating a Normal Spell Card could only take place during the Main Phase, and not the Battle Phase, so... <br />This is also not the first time the YGO anime has done things out sequence (regarding the Synchro visibly being destroyed). For example, multiple monsters attack at once, and all the battle damage is subtracted at once. Regarding the Fair Use rationale that you include for uploading anime images, I've noticed that you've commonly inputted them as having high resolutions. However, images like [[:File:2015-Backing-EN.png|this]] are what is considered high resolution: capable of being zoomed in while retaining crystal-like clarity in details. Listing "Effect Flip monster", "Effect Union monster", "Effect Spirit monster", and "Effect Toon monster" is unnecessary, as a monster with any of those "abilities" are inherently Effect Monsters.
