OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Dragon Piper" is a Trigger Effect that activates on the field. (The effect does not target.)[1]
- This effect always activates if "Dragon Piper" is flipped face-up. (It also activates during the Damage Step. If there are no face-up "Dragon Capture Jar(s)" on the field, and so this card's effect does not destroy any, the part of the effect that changes Dragon-Type monsters to Attack Position is not applied.)[1]
- If "Dragon Capture Jar(s)" is destroyed by this effect, all face-up Dragon-Type monsters in the Monster Zone have their battle positions changed to face-up Attack Position.[1]
