* This card can be [[searcher|searched]] by "[[Pre-Preparation of Rites]]", "[[Herald of the Arc Light]]", "[[Impcantation Talismandra]]", "[[Senju of the Thousand Hands]]", "[[Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands]]", "[[Ritual Sanctuary]]", "[[Preparation of Rites]]", "[[Spiritual Whisper]]", "[[Prediction Princess Crystaldine]]", "[[Evening Twilight Knight]]", "[[Vendread Battlelord]]", "[[Renewal of the World]]", "[[Cyber Angel Benten]]", "[[Celestial Knight Lord Parshath]]", "[[Power Angel Valkyria]]", "[[Chaos Zone]]", and other [[List of generic searchers#Monsters|generic searchers]].

* Use "[[Beckoning Light]]" to ensure a [[Fairy]]-filled hand, allowing for multiple negations.  "Beckoning Light" also allows for the retrieval of "[[Honest]]", which is essential for this card - its low ATK means it can easily be destroyed by cards like "[[Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn]]" and "[[Wulf, Lightsworn Beast]]". Keep it in Defense Position if possible, just in case.

* Combo this card with "[[Athena]]" for a Aggro-Burn strategy. Use this card's effect to negate card effects, and use "Athena" to [[Special Summon]] the monsters that was discarded. Try to use this card's effect to discard powerful ones.
** Discard "Honest" for either this card's or its own effect, use "Athena" to revive it, then use the effect of "Honest" to return it to your hand.

* To help complete the lockdown, use "[[Djinn Releaser of Rituals]]" to prevent Special Summons and "Honest" to prevent attacks. With this card's powerful effect, a near-perfect lock can be performed on your opponent, barring Counter Traps.
** "[[Djinn Curse Enchanter of Rituals]]" will also prevent your opponent from utilizing the effects of cards like "[[Stardust Dragon]]" against this card, which would force yourself to discard more Fairy-[[Type]] monsters to stop it.
** "[[Djinn Disserere of Rituals]]" is another "[[Djinn of Rituals]]" that goes well with this card, protecting it from Counter Traps that it cannot negate. "Djinn Disserere" will keep "Perfection" from being destroyed by "[[Divine Wrath]]" or "[[Gladiator Beast War Chariot]]", cards which would otherwise be a serious problem for it.

* Equip this card with "[[Mist Body]]" or "[[Ritual Weapon]]", so it can stay longer on the field.
** [[Ritual Summon]] this monster in Defense Position and use "Ritual Weapon" to have a 4300 DEF wall that negates all card effects, so long as your hand is stocked with Fairies.

* At 2800 DEF, this card can serve as a near-insurmountable wall against your opponent's forces. Your opponent will have difficulty getting past that, especially if "Djinn Releaser of Rituals" is forcing them to stick with Normal Summons and this card's own effect negates any efforts to boost their monsters' ATK.
** By using a powerful Fairy-Type monster to fuel this card's effect such as "[[Splendid Venus]]", and then bringing it back with Special Summon effects, this card can left as a defender while still having high-ATK monsters available. The ATK-reducing effect of "Venus" will also make getting over this card's DEF even more difficult for your opponent.

* Use "[[Tethys, Goddess of Light]]" to draw extra fodder for this card.

* "[[Mudora]]" can be used as a low Level beatstick to make up for the amount of discard Fairy-Type monsters.

* Use "[[Seven Tools of the Bandit]]" or "[[Counter Counter]]" to stop your opponent from using "[[Spell Speed 3]]" cards to stop this card. Better yet, use "Djinn Disserere of Rituals", which will make them ineffective against "Herald of Perfection".

* Use "[[Advanced Ritual Art]]" to Ritual Summon this card, using two Level 2 Fairies (such as "[[Mystical Shine Ball]]") and two Level 1 Fairies (such as "[[Mokey Mokey]]"). Then, because there were four Fairies in your Graveyard, "[[Archlord Kristya]]" can be Special Summoned. Doing so will also add a Fairy-type monster to your hand for the effect of "Herald of Perfection".
** "[[Gyakutenno Megami]]" can also be send as the Tribute to Ritual Summon this card.
** Because [[Normal Monster]]s are used, "[[Dark Factory of Mass Production]]" can be used to add your Fairies back to your hand.
** "[[Ray & Temperature]]" and "[[Bio-Mage]]" work well with the above cards; "Advanced Ritual Art" sends two of them to the Graveyard, and "Dark Factory of Mass Production" returns two to your hand.

* This card works well with "[[Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord]]".
** Can be used as a powerful offensive tool under the protection of "Perfection".
** Can be used to prevent a Deck out.
** Can be used with "Advanced Ritual Art" to instantly strengthen "Exodius" the same time as Summoning "Perfection".
** Can be used as an alternative "[[Forbidden One]]"/"[[Exodia]]" Deck.
** Can be used to help Summon "Archlord Kristya" (with "Perfection") to create a near perfect lockdown.

* Use "[[Pot of Benevolence]]" or "[[Pot of Avarice]]" to recycle the Fairy-Type monsters. "Pot of Avarice" has the added advantage of allowing yourself to potentially draw your Fairies quickly.

* "[[Banisher of the Radiance]]" can be an effective counter to this card.

* Have "[[Royal Decree]]" out with this card to make sure your opponent doesn't use cards like "Divine Wrath" to stop this card.

* This card can be used in combination with "[[Safe Zone]]" and "[[Final Countdown]]" to win easily.

* If there is a non-Fairy cards in your hand, leave them there as a bluff.

* Be selective about which cards to negated. Some cards may not be worth spending a Fairy on.
** On the same note, choosing not to negate a card may trick your opponent into thinking that there are no Fairies in your hand.

* Use "Dark Factory of Mass Production" and "[[Backup Soldier]]" to return Fairies from your grave to your hand.
