* This card is named after [[wikipedia:Cercyon|Cercyon]], a Greek mythological figure.

In addition, it seems to be the "[[Evilswarm]]" version of the aforementioned monster, as it has very similar characteristics, such as the horns, wings, and stars that look similar to the one seen on most "[[Constellar]]" monsters.
