Just so you know
The 2012 Tins had been announced. The main highlight is that Wind-Up Zenmaines is a super rare in both tins.

Yay for the cheap Zenmaines! --<span style="font-family: Monotype Corsiva">-<span style="color:CornflowerBlue;">Dark </span><span style="color:Blue">Ace SP</span> (<span style="color:MidnightBlue;">Talk</span>)</span>  21:38, July 1, 2012 (UTC)

Dark Highlander?  Someone should tell Connor to stop beheading evil Immortals.

Conner...? Anyway, the Highlander is odd, mostly because Synchros don't see much play at the moment, they should see more play when Lavals are completely in the TCG, so the Highlander might be good for later. --<span style="font-family: Monotype Corsiva">-<span style="color:CornflowerBlue;">Dark </span><span style="color:Blue">Ace SP</span> (<span style="color:MidnightBlue;">Talk</span>)</span>  03:10, July 2, 2012 (UTC)

I take it you have never watched the movie or tv series called Highlander.

:Nope, never. --<span style="font-family: Monotype Corsiva">-<span style="color:CornflowerBlue;">Dark </span><span style="color:Blue">Ace SP</span> (<span style="color:MidnightBlue;">Talk</span>)</span>  19:09, July 3, 2012 (UTC)

The best reason why Dark Highlander are listed is that in Austraila (where I'm from) we cannot use those cards under Australia's YGO Card Legality List. http://www.yugioh-card.com/oc/gameplay/legality.html so they release them in tins. This has happened before with JUMP promo's like Malefic Stardust Dragon and other JUMP promos been released in tins Fletch (talk • contribs) 13:56, July 4, 2012 (UTC).

:Oh yeah, that does make sense, since I think Konami makes the tins, one size fits all. --<span style="font-family: Monotype Corsiva">-<span style="color:CornflowerBlue;">Dark </span><span style="color:Blue">Ace SP</span> (<span style="color:MidnightBlue;">Talk</span>)</span>  14:40, July 4, 2012 (UTC)

I don't get it.  Why aren't Shonen Jumps cards legal in Australia?  They are official cards, so that does not make any sense to me.

Dr Kain (talk • contribs) 15:33, July 4, 2012 (UTC)

:They are legal when released in their own Tinbox. If not released, then not legal to be playable. Well, it's their house rules. --<span style="font:10pt 'Bookman Old Style'"><span style="color:#000">i</span><span style="font-size:13pt;color:#000">F</span><span style="color:#000">r</span><span style="color:#000">e</span><span style="color:#000">d</span><span style="font-size:13pt;color:#000">C</span><span style="color:#000">a</span><span style="color:#000">t</span></span> 15:35, July 4, 2012 (UTC)

::Usually, an exclusive card promo in Jump, isn't playable until another copy of that card is reprinted elsewhere, like in a tin or a duelist pack.

That is stupid.  So just because they are released in a US magazine, a person from Australia or Europe cannot import it and play it in a tournament?

That blows.

So what about T.G hyper lybrarian? he has been only released in the Shonen Jump..does that make him unplayable at europe, australia etc. ? --Tupac1971ful (talk • contribs) 10:54, July 5, 2012 (UTC)

I do know that T.G. Hyper Librarian is available for legal play, since he was released as a prize card. Only cards that were released in North America in Jump, without getting reprinted and given elsewhere aren't legal. Usually if the card gets a reprint it is playable. --<span style="font-family: Monotype Corsiva">-<span style="color:CornflowerBlue;">Dark </span><span style="color:Blue">Ace SP</span> (<span style="color:MidnightBlue;">Talk</span>)</span>  04:03, July 6, 2012 (UTC)

DrKain, don't forget that American players couldn't use Gallis the Star Beast because those were only video game exclusives in Europe. How could I forget, I never knew?

I don't even know that card you are talking about.

Round 2 Tins Have Been Announced
* They are Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo and Hieratic Sun Dragon Overlord of Heliopolis. --<span style="font-family: Monotype Corsiva">-<span style="color:CornflowerBlue;">Dark </span><span style="color:Blue">Ace SP</span> (<span style="color:MidnightBlue;">Talk</span>)</span>  03:10, July 12, 2012 (UTC)

:I therefore predict White Dragon Ninja and Hieratic Dragon King of Atum. And being that Photon Shockwave is now fair game, Rabbit's coming too. If not in a tin in a Special Edition. Djjomon (talk • contribs) 04:52, July 12, 2012 (UTC)

::More likely that it will be Dark Simorgh and Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, seeing as they wouldn't want to give away to much. With maybe Gaia Dragon, the Thunder Charger being the joint card between both tins.--The FireFALL (talk • contribs) 15:58, July 12, 2012 (UTC)

:::Don't forget Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon was released in the Dragons Collide Structure deck. Not sure if it will be released twice in quick succession. --<span style="color:green; font-family:Segoe Script; font-size:10pt">Super</span><span style="color:Red; font-family:Lucida Console; font-size:10pt">Sponge!!</span>  16:07, July 12, 2012 (UTC)

The full list for the wave 1 tins are out there.

Tin 1 will have Heroic Champion - Excalibur, Blizzard Princess, Evolzar Laggia, Wind-Up Rabbit, and Wind-Up Zenmaines and the Tin 2 will have Evolzar Dolkka, Genex Neutron, Scrap Dragon, Dark Highlander and Wind-Up Zenmaines.

Tin 1 is officially an awesome tin.--The FireFALL (talk • contribs) 20:52, July 12, 2012 (UTC)

Dark Simorgh was in last year's tin. Djjomon (talk • contribs) 20:54, July 12, 2012 (UTC)

:Huh?..Would you look at that so he was. Ok then I retract Dark Simorgh. :P--The FireFALL (talk • contribs) 21:02, July 12, 2012 (UTC)

So, knowing what's in the round 1 Tins, I'm thinking Maxx "C" has to be coming very soon. Either in either the round 2 tins or Return of the Duelist Special Edition. Maybe Abyss Rising SE but that's pushing it. Djjomon (talk • contribs) 16:29, July 13, 2012 (UTC)

Sorry for the double post, but I forgot what I was gonna say before. Following the trend of reprinting expensive, in-demand cards, I could definitely see Leviair the Sea Dragon. Maybe even another Tour Guide From the Underworld reprint or Rescue Rabbit. (Though I also feel like they may hold off until the next F&L list for that. Djjomon (talk • contribs) 17:57, July 13, 2012 (UTC)

in the tins o champion and dolkka they put zenmaines so in the other tins they can put arsenal zenmaiho or something like that :P

I hope Atem is in that tin with Heliopolis.
