This has been proven as bs, as there are no one of a kind cards, especially cards that don't exist. in 1993, yugioh was still in the womb of being designed, and as such, such a tournament never took place, and unless you are asking to be robbed for it, no one in their right mind would post about a one of a kind card on such a public forum.
