==Event details==
During this event, the player earns Shattered Hearts by Dueling in Duel World (except at the [[Gate]] or against [[The Vagrant]]) or Ranked Duels. The first two times the player earns Shattered Hearts from a Duel per day, they receive 10 bonus Shattered Hearts (20 bonus Shattered Hearts starting September 19, 2018). At the conclusion of the event, any remaining Shattered Hearts are converted to Gold at the rate of 3 Gold per Shattered Heart.

This event has several challenges. The player progresses through the event by completing the challenges.

Upon collecting a total of 20 Shattered Hearts, a [[Duel Ghoul (Duel Links)|Duel Ghoul]] appears in Duel World (GX) with a Level 10 Deck. Defeating this Duel Ghoul completes Challenge 1.

Upon collecting a total of 50 Shattered Hearts and completing Challenge 1, a stack of three Duel Ghouls appear in Duel World (GX) with a Level 20 Deck. Despite appearing as three Duel Ghouls, the player can only Duel one of them. Defeating this Duel Ghoul for the first time completes Challenge 2. After completing Challenge 2, the stack of Duel Ghouls will occasionally reappear in Duel World (GX) with a Level 20 Deck; this appearance is time-based.

Upon collecting a total of 80 Shattered Hearts and completing Challenge 2, [[Yubel (Duel Links)|Yubel]] appears in Duel World with her Level 10 Deck. Defeating her for the first time completes Challenge 3. After completing Challenge 3, Yubel can be Dueled at the Gate with her Level 10 Deck, with each higher level Deck (up to Level 40, in steps of 10 levels) being unlocked once the player defeats her previous level Deck. In addition, after completing Challenge 3 Yubel will also start to occasionally appear in Duel World (GX) using a Deck whose level does not exceed the level at which she can be Dueled at the Gate, where she can be Dueled without spending Shattered Hearts; this appearance is time-based.

Defeating her with this Deck for the first time completes Challenge 4 and earns the player "[[Yubel - Terror Incarnate (Duel Links)|Yubel - Terror Incarnate]]". After completing Challenge 4, Yubel occasionally appears in Duel World (GX) with her Level 50 Deck; this appearance is time-based.

After September 21, 2018, if the player has completed Challenge 4 and collected 1,000,000 or more Event Points, Yubel will appear in Duel World (GX) with her Level 60 Deck. Defeating her with this Deck for the first time completes Challenge 5 and earns the player "[[Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare (Duel Links)|Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare]]". After completing Challenge 5, Yubel occasionally appears in Duel World (GX) with her Level 60 Deck; this appearance is time-based.
