* Big problem. If Eraser clears the field, you can't summon Arcana Force. Momonga's effect only activates if it is destroyed by battle. Eraser would clear the field and leave you vulnerable. Arcana Force requires you to send 3 monsters to the grave, and if Momonga's effect were able to activate, you are still one monster short. I like the idea, but maybe, Monster Reborn and Inferno Reckless Summon can help significantly with this problem. Man, oh man. There are monsters in this game that are so impressive that, even if you don't see them used very often, you keep coming back to and thinking, "That would be freaking terrifying to play against." The Wicked Eraser and Arcana Force EX - The Dark Ruler are two such cards. Both have field clearing capabilities. Eraser gets stronger the more cards your opponent tries to play to stop it, and Dark Ruler can double attack. I'm sure many of us have contemplated making a deck based around one of these cards - well, how about around both of them? I hereby present to you: the Eraser-to-Dark-Ruler OTK!

I'm going to go right ahead and say it: screw modesty, this might be the most impressive OTK ever. It uses two level 10 monsters of polar attributes and types (LIGHT Fairy – DARK Fiend) and involves field clearing and a 4000 ATK double attacker. If that doesn't contain incredible amounts of win, I don't know what does.

This deck tries to roll very smoothly from a blitz with The Wicked Eraser to an OTK with Dark Ruler. Both need a tribute engine. That is provided in the form of Venus and the Shine Balls (sounds like a bad band name, doesn't it?) and Nimble Momonga. So, here's the basic idea.

Step 1: Bring out Eraser ASAP. Step 2: Destroy it to blitz the field. Step 3: Bring out The Dark Ruler in the same turn as the blitz, use Light Barrier to get the double attack effect, and go KAPOW! KAPOW! for game!

Now, here's the breakdown. There's three Erasers, Dark Rulers, Veni (plural of Venus - yes, it looks weird), Shine Balls, and Momongas. However, there's also three Diamond Dudes, and a Dasher. Those help with draw power, and Diamond Dude helps with deck thinning. It might seem weird, but there's no quick way outside of Gold Sarcophagus/Different Dimension Capsule to get Eraser and Dark Ruler. With one having ? ATK and DEF, and the other having 4000, I can't search them. Thus, I need Diamond Dude's deck thinning.

For spells, there's 2 Light Barriers and 3 Terraformings. There's more Terraformings because it can be activated by Diamond Dude. Magical Mallet, Card Destruction, Destiny Draw and Allure of Darkness all help me power through the deck. Monster Reincarnation can get vital combo pieces back to my hand. Finally, Pot of Avarice can get Shine Balls back into the deck. That's important, because they are the main source of tribute fodder.

Ray of Hope and Transmigration do the same thing as Pot of Avarice, but on a smaller scale. Ojama Trio ensures that Eraser will have 3000 ATK at least. Finally, Solemn Judgment comes in as negation.

Tell me what you think of this concept deck. Runer5h 02:34, 11 May 2009 (UTC)Runer5h
