5th, In the ruling for Sangan, it says ''your opponent gets the effect since it activates in his/her Graveyard''. However in this case, the owner can't activate it. This is because the "you" also refers to the '''controller of the effect at that moment''', which is the owner of the card and graveyard that it activates in. Since it is found that the controller of the effect did not fulfill the "you control" part of the activation requirement, in the end, neither players are able to activate the effect of [[Vanguard of the Dragon]].
