Ignoring the conditions?

we special summon 1 machine emperor or imperial machine monster from the deck or graveyard ignoring the summoning conditions right? anyone plz answer this card should be summoning 1 machine emperor or imperial machine monster from the deck or graveyard inoring the conditions

Mistranslations?

According to the people at Dueling Days, our text for this card is heavily mistranslated.

By their reading, it's any defence-position monster, not just face-up ones. And it's one Meklord from the deck or one Meklord from the graveyard - a very different effect from the current one, I'm sure you'll agree! So, are these correct? As they are native speakers, I'm a little biased towards them, I must admit.
