OCG Rulings
- You can only use the effect of "Karakuri Komachi mdl 224 “Ninishi”" to Normal Summon 1 Karakuri monster once per turn, even if you play a second copy of "Karakuri Komachi mdl 224 “Ninishi”".[1]
