* Use this with "[[One for One]]" to Special Summon "[[Gusto Egul]]", then by its effect, Special Summon "[[Reeze, Whirlwind of Gusto]]" from your Deck for a quick [[Synchro Summon]] of "[[Daigusto Sphreez]]". Plus you'll still have your Normal Summon (provided you didn't Normal Summon anything beforehand) to Summon any Gusto searcher from the Graveyard (using the effect of "[[Daigusto Sphreez]]") or your hand and start its-possible-OTK-combo.
* "[[Lady Ninja Yae]]" works well with this card. However, since "[[Lady Ninja Yae]]" isn't a "[[Gusto]] " monster, you can't use her to Synchro Summon any "Daigusto " monsters (as they usually need non-Tuner [["Gusto]] " monsters) even though you can Special Summon a [["Gusto]] " Tuner monster by the effect of "Gusto Griffin".** Fortunately, "Gusto Griffin" this card is also a [["Gusto]] " monster so it can be used for another purpose, such as with "[[Junk Synchron]]" for Synchro Summoning "[[Daigusto Gulldos]]".** Also, since "Gusto Griffin" this card is also [[Winged Beast]]-type, you can choose to Synchro Summon "[[Vortex the Whirlwind]]" instead, which later can grant access to "[[Winda, Priestess of Gusto|Winda]]"-"[[Gusto Gulldo|Gulldo]]"-"[[Gusto Egul|Egul]]" defense line; or [[Tribute]] it for "[[Icarus Attack]]".* Discard this card as cost for activating to activate the effect of "[[Coral Dragon]]"'s effect, then Special Summon "[[Caam, Serenity of Gusto]]" by this card's effect. Afterwards, you can Synchro Summon "[[Leo, the Keeper of the Sacred Tree]]", along with potentially getting 2 two draws in the process.
* You can also use this card as Fusion Material for "[[Metalfoes Adamante]]" to perform Level 6 to 8 Synchro Summon.
