The Pharaoh's Palace is an ancient Egyptian palace where the Egyptian guardians live.

Pharaoh Atem ruled this palace in Egypt that locked the dark magic away in the past. Yugi and the gang traveled to the palace to help Atem but the Shadow Horsemen came to kill Yugi and the gang. Yugi summoned "Dark Magician", Joey summoned "Red-Eyes B. Dragon". Tristan summoned "Super Roboyarou" and Téa summoned "Fire Sorcerer". Their monsters killed the horsemen with all their attacks. Zorc tried to destroy their monsters but Seto saved the gang by activating "Ring of Defense". Yugi fused "Obelisk the Tormentor", "Slifer the Sky Dragon" and "The Winged Dragon of Ra" together to summon the infinity monster, "The Creator God of Light, Horakhty".

Necrophades died after he is killed by "Horakhty".
