- "Dragon Master Knight" is tied with "Superdimensional Robot Galaxy Destroyer" for the highest-ATK LIGHT monster in the game.
- In certain episodes of the series, as well as in a few of the video games (such as Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Duel Academy), this card is called "Master of Dragon Soldier".
- This card is one of the only two Fusion Monsters to have a Ritual Monster as one of its Fusion Materials, the other being "Thousand-Eyes Restrict".
- Additionally, "Thousand-Eyes Restrict" has the lowest original ATK in the game, whilst this card has the highest.
