:No. For an effect to [[target]] it must (amongst other things) select which cards it will affect when you first [[activate]] the card. "[[Crystal Abundance]]" selects which monsters it will Special Summon when it resolves, so it does not [[target]].:It's usually better to ask questions on [[Forum:Yu-Gi-Oh!
