There is no prove Joey won the duel. Yes, he has his Red-Eyes back, but that only means he put up a good fight against Yugi. The duel between Joey and Kaiba before proofed that Joey was nowhere near Yugi´s level. He would have no chance against him.--As1990 (talk • contribs) 18:38, September 6, 2017 (UTC)

The duel was for Red-Eyes. The fact that Joey has Red-Eyes indicates he won. We just don't know how. If Yugi had won and given Joey Red-Eyes anyway, there'd be no point in the duel.
