* If you open with this card and [[Sky Iris]](or a way to search it out such as [[Terraforming]] or [[Planet Pathfinder]]), you could play this card as scale then activate this card's effect to activate either [[Supreme King Gate Zero]] or [[Supreme King Gate Infinity]] from your deck. After that, use Sky Iris to destroy this card and add an [[Odd-Eyes]] monster(such as [[Odd-Eyes Mirage Dragon]] or [[Performapal Odd-Eyes Unicorn]] if you used Zero, or [[Odd-Eyes Persona Dragon]]/[[Performapal Odd-Eyes Light Phoenix]] for Infinity) to your hand. Play that monster as scale, and Pendulum Summon Darkwurm from your extra deck and anything else applicable from your hand. In doing so, you can search the other Supreme King Gate monster you didn't before, activating it next turn after using Sky Iris to destroy the Odd-Eyes scale.
** Drawing two of this card, you can also play one as scale, search Supreme King Gate Zero, and pendulum summon the second Darkwurm from your hand to search the second Gate.
