I'd like to be certain. If I use "Crystal Counter", Summon 3 "Topaz Tiger", and Xyz Summon "Vylon Disigma" or something, will the "Topaz Tiger" be destroyed in the End Phase?

That's not possible because Crystal Counter doesn't even Summon Crystal Beasts. It places them in the Spell/Trap Card Zone, where they are treated as Continuous Spells and, as such, can't be used as Xyz Materials.--PoirotH (talkcontribs) 18:20, October 4, 2011 (UTC)

Whoops, I meant if I used "Crystal Abundance" or something to get them into the Monster Card Zone. I assume the Xyz Materials are no longer "face-up 'Crystal Beast' cards", and as such don't get destroyed.

They are not on the field anymore, so they won't get destroyed. Firestar72 (talkcontribs) 22:24, October 4, 2011 (UTC)
