**[[Roa Kassidy]] in ''[[Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS]]'' shakes up the tradition again; he uses Fiend monsters, while the primary Dragon Duelist is [[Lucidien Kallister|Lucidien "Luke" Kallister]].
**[[Zuwjio Zuwijo zir Velgear]] in ''[[Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!!]]'' uses mainly Galaxy Monsters, but he uses his Dragon-like "[[Voidvelgr Requiem]]".
