TCG Rulings
- "Cyber Dinosaur's" effect is a Quick Effect.[1]
- If your opponent Special Summons a monster from their hand while "Stumbling" is active, you can chain "Cyber Dinosaur's" effect to the effect of "Stumbling". "Stumbling's" effect will be Chain Link 1 and "Cyber Dinosaur's" effect will be Chain Link 2.[1]
- If your opponent Special Summons a Machine-Type monster from their hand while "Cyber Summon Blaster" is active, you can chain "Cyber Dinosaur's" effect to the effect of "Cyber Summon Blaster". "Cyber Summon Blaster's" effect will be Chain Link 1 and "Cyber Dinosaur's" effect will be Chain Link 2.[1]
- If you have 2 "Cyber Dinosaurs" in your hand when your opponent Special Summons a monster from their hand, you can only activate the effect of 1 of the "Cyber Dinosaurs".[1]
