Turbo Duels in ARC-V do not use Speed Spells or Speed Counters, but they do use a new version of Speed World called [[Speed World - Neo]].
According to [[Frank (ARC-V)|Frank]], [[Tanner (ARC-V)|Tanner]] and [[Crow Hogan (ARC-V)|Crow]], the Turbo Duels were created by [[Commons (ARC-V)|Commons]] as a way to outwit the [[Tops (ARC-V)|Tops]]. However [[Security]] formed the [[Duel Chasers]] in order to stop the Commons who Turbo Dueled in the City as well the Tops people started to broadcasting the pursuits as an entertaiment for them.
