* This game is the 1st Tag Force PSP Game to feature [[Synchro Monster|a new monster card type]] from another [[Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's|Yu-Gi-Oh! Television Show]].
 
* This is the first Tag Force PSP Game to give you the choice of what gender you want the protagonist. Strangely enough, it's also the only game to feature this.
* Although [[4Kids Entertainment]] did not bring the 4th season of [[Yu-Gi-Oh! GX]] to the Europe, this game was released in there, even featuring a storyline based in that season.
