- To ensure that "Nitro Warrior's" effect is activated, use cards like "Earthquake", "Stumbling", etc. on your opponent's monsters before or during your turn, depending on the card.
- This card works well with "Ojama Trio".
- Along with the above, you cane equip "Nitro Warrior" with "Axe of Despair" and "Fairy Meteor Crush" to do loads of dammage to the opponent
- By using "Enemy Controller" to change one of the "Ojama Token"s to Attack Position, not only will you be able to get a direct attack, but you'll set up "Nitro Warrior"'s effect as well. This combo will deal a total of 7200 damage (3800 for the first attack, 300 for the first Token's effect, and then 2800 and 300 for the second).
- Use easily Special Summoned Level 5 monsters like "Cyber Dragon", "The Tricky", or "Sillva, Warlord of Dark World" and then summon "Nitro Synchron" for an easy "Synchro Summon".
- Another quick and easy Special Summon to aid the Synchro Summon of this card is "Instant Fusion".
- Use "Cold Wave" with this card to protect it from Spells and Traps, as well as giving it an attack bonus.
- Revival Gift is helpful since it can help you Summon Nitro Warrior and inflict some damage.
