if my opp flip summons a flip effect monster(e.g gale lizard) does its effect is still activated(returning my monster to my hand) if the monster is returned to his/her hand?

The effect is not negated and the effect still activates. If you use Forced Back,the flip summon will be negated,its effect will not activate 218.254.122.68 07:04, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
To clarify, no. Forced Back makes it so that Gale Lizard was never Flip Summoned. If Gale Lizard was never Flip Summoned, then its effect won't activate. --Deus Ex Machina 00:50, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
