No, because the Crystal Beast monster's effect is that if it is to be sent to the Graveyard, it can be placed in the Spell/Trap zone. If Bottomless clearly says its going to be removed from play, then it is to be removed from play. So to speak, D.D. cards are highly effective towards Crystal Beast monsters.
