Isn't the drawing a card part of Dark bribe's effect? If so then I don't believe you would, though I know your opponent would be at a quarter of thier life points thanks to the 2 Solemns.

lets say that i activate a card, and the opponent solemn judgments it, and i dark bribe it, then he solemns back again and i bribe back once more.

does he get to draw 2 cards or one?

I don't see any reason he wouldn't draw two cards. Please sign your posts with four tildes ( ~~~~ ) Zeek Aran 21:01, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
